No. DNA Kinesiology does not offer therapeutic or sports massage. Sessions focus on nervous system regulation, energy balance, and body awareness rather than muscle manipulation or physical treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people notice shifts after one session, while others benefit from ongoing support. There is no set program and no pressure to commit to a specific number of sessions.

Is this suitable if I feel anxious, burnt out, or overwhelmed?

Yes. Many clients seek this work because of stress, burnout, anxiety, or emotional overload. Sessions are paced gently and always guided by your capacity on the day.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Online energy balances are available for clients who are not able to attend in person or who live outside the Geelong area, including interstate and overseas.

What if I feel emotional during a session?
