About DNA Kinesiology

If you feel stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, suffering in pain, anguish or disconnected from yourself, you do not have to manage it alone. At DNA Kinesiology, Phil works with you to uncover the deeper patterns and stored emotions driving stress, anxiety, fatigue, and physical tension through kinesiology, energy work, and advanced bodywork.

This work is for people who are ready to move beyond temporary relief and take back control of their health and wellbeing.

The Practitioner Behind DNA Kinesiology

A Lifelong Curiosity About Healing and the Body

An aircraft engineer by trade, I was always drawn to healing beyond the physical. As a child I could channel energy and I’ve studied Reiki, kinesiology, and emotional detox through tantric bodywork to explore the mind-body-energy connections. Today, I integrate these practices with evidence based approaches, guiding each session with care and respect for what the body is ready to address.

N
A Core Belief That Guides My Work

The body has an innate ability to heal and rebalance itself when given the right support. My role is not to fix or override, but to listen deeply and create the conditions where healing can unfold naturally and safely.

What Guides This Work

Grounded Healing With Integrity and Care

Supporting People to Reconnect With Their Body

My mission at DNA Kinesiology is to support people in regaining balance and agency in health. This work helps individuals move out of chronic stress and disconnection by listening to the body and responding with care. Every session is guided by the understanding that healing works best when the body feels safe and involved. The focus is always on sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

The Body Aware and Self Led Approach to Healing

The vision is to create a space where people feel empowered to understand their body and trust their innate capacity to heal. Kinesiology aims to bridge evidence informed practice with traditional and energetic approaches in a way that feels grounded and accessible. This work supports a future where people are active participants in their healing journey, not passive recipients of treatment.

This Work Is Not for Everyone and That Is Intentional

Kinesiology is for people who want to actively participate in their healing rather than hand their power to someone else. It suits those who are curious about their body’s signals, open to slowing down, and willing to explore what sits beneath surface symptoms. Sessions are unhurried. The focus is on building awareness, restoring balance, and supporting change your body can integrate over time.

Phil often works with people who have tried other approaches but know something deeper needs attention. This may not be the right fit if you are looking for a quick fix, a purely physical treatment, or someone to take control for you. Clear communication and consent are central to the process, starting with honesty about what this work involves.

Understanding How and Why This Work Helps

People often want to understand not just what this work is, but how it differs from other healing approaches they may have tried. These answers offer deeper insight into how sessions are guided and what you can expect when working together.

How is your approach different from other holistic therapies?

This work is guided by the body rather than a fixed protocol. Each session responds to what your nervous system, muscles, and energy are communicating in real time. Rather than applying the same technique to everyone, the focus is on listening, adjusting, and supporting what your body is ready to address.

Do I need to believe in energy work for this to help?

No. You do not need any particular belief system. Sessions are grounded, body led, and focused on your experience rather than concepts or ideology.

What if I feel emotional during a session?

Emotional responses can happen when the body releases stored tension or stress. You are supported throughout and nothing is pushed beyond your comfort level.

Is this work evidence informed?

Yes. Kinesiology is supported by an understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nervous system function. This is combined with traditional and energetic practices in a grounded way.

How do you create a safe space for clients?

Safety comes from listening, consent, and pacing. Sessions move at a speed your body can integrate, and your comfort and autonomy are always prioritised.
